Position – Seasonal Customer Service jobs
Reports to – General Manager - Bermuda

We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and creative, students, teachers, retirees or anyone wanting a fun job for the summer. We need Bermudians or spouses of Bermudians who enjoy working with the public and who will provide the amazing customer service to our guests. The selected candidates will be responsible for producing the highest quality photos of our dolphins and guest interactions to provide them with a memorable reminder of their unique experience, check-in kiosk, or working in the gift shop. Successful applicants must be able to work any day of the week, weekends and public holidays. Some experience working with some or all of the following will be required: digital cameras, computers, cash registers, hospitality, public speaking or experience working guests or children.

We are located at the National Museum of Bermuda in Dockyard.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education

• Handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Photograph guests during their encounters according to Dolphin Quest criteria.
• Provide our Guest with Sensational Customer Services.
• Work with Guest Services in the Dolphin Deck Gift Shop.
• Have a great can-do attitude and flexible frame of mind.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Have excellent organizational skills.
• Be creative and generate new ideas and working solutions.
• Operate cameras, computers and cash register.
• Have experience with cash and end-of-day banking.
• Be able to work independently.
• Work effectively with both children and adults.
• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.

• Ability to move moderate to heavy objects, work in confined or cramped spaces, ability to work cameras, cash register and computers
